Agroecology is a way of thinking about agriculture that places it at the crossroads of three fundamental principles: respect for the environment, economic viability and human development. These are the principles that guide our work every day at the Linciaux Farm. With us, it is not a question of intensive farming, but rather small-scale agriculture, rich biodiversity, livestock on a human scale, a pleasant and respectful environment, tasty local produce and enriching encounters.
