Some of our products are available all year round. To do this, we use preservation processes such as pasteurisation (jars), freezing (home-made burgers), drying (herbal teas) and preserving in sugar (jams and syrups).
When you order one of these products, you are invited to come and collect it (or them) from the farm on the first Saturday of the month following your order. For example, if it is 12 April, you will have to come to the farm on the first Saturday in May, between 11.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. to collect your order.
