Some of our products are available all year round. To do this, we use preservation processes such as pasteurisation (jars), freezing (home-made burgers), drying (herbal teas) and preserving in sugar (jams and syrups).
When you order one of these products, you are invited to pick it up at the farm on the 1st Saturday of the month following your order. For example, if it’s April 12, you’ll need to come to the farm between 11am and 5pm on the first Saturday in May to pick up your order.
Of course, you can also collect your order by appointment. Simply send an email to info@fermedelinciaux.be.
For our beef and chicken parcels, we operate a pre-order system.
For beef: when you buy a parcel online, it is reserved for you at the next meat sale.
You can find the dates of the meat sales by clicking on the product in the e-shop.
For ‘Coucou de Malines’ chickens: we work with our partner ‘La poule qui roule’ who raises their chickens organically 15km from our farm, according to specifications to which we fully adhere: batches of maximum 200 chickens per mobile henhouse, daily access to a meadow, etc.
All online chicken purchases must be withdrawn at the next meat sale (as for beef).
